Thomas developed his hockey career at Collège Charles-Lemoyne, progressing from M13 AAA to M17 AAA, before spending two seasons with the Prep School program at Collège Bourget. He then advanced to junior-level play in the United States, competing for two years in Colorado, and concluded his junior career with Collège Français at the Junior AAA level.
In addition to his playing career, Thomas has contributed to the development of young players as an assistant coach for the M15 AAA teams at Collège Charles-Lemoyne and Noir et Or de De Mortagne. These roles have enabled him to share his knowledge and actively participate in the growth of future hockey generations.

Following his academic journey in Sports Business at Bishop’s University, Sebastien has dedicated himself full-time to talent identification and player development, building a solid reputation through his scouting expertise and deep understanding of the game. He previously served as a recruiter for the Champlain-Lennoxville Cougars hockey team (RSEQ D1), further sharpening his evaluation skills at the collegiate level.
During his time at Bishop’s, he strengthened his foundation in the sports industry, notably completing an internship with the Sherbrooke Phoenix (QMJHL).

Throughout his years in college, Tyler invested his time in the scouting world with Draft Prospect Hockey and investing his time in networking with the very best in the hockey operations department of the NHL. While at Concordia University in studying Finance, Tyler played a key role in bringing in many delegates for the committee that made the 29th Annual John Molson Sports Business Conference.
Tyler is very invested in delivering flawless service to his clients as he continuously builds contact within the NHL. His approach is instilled in building a strong foundation in building a interpersonal connection, having a dynamic thought process, and displaying the responsibility and care each client deserves.
Aden Michael grew up playing in Alberta’s elite minor hockey system before continuing his career in the United States, where he played four years of ACHA Division I hockey at Grand Canyon University and Cleary University while earning a degree in Sport & Entertainment Management. Aden also had the opportunity to represent his heritage with the Colombian Men’s National Team and previously served as a scout for Grand Canyon University’s ACHA program. With experience as both a player and evaluator, Aden is passionate about helping athletes navigate their careers on and off the ice. He takes pride in building genuine relationships withplayers and families while giving back to the game by helping guide athletes through every stage of their development.

Conor Edwards got his start scouting talent in high school, taking statistics for his high school team during his duties as student manager. After graduating from DIII USHS-MI Cranbrook Kingswood, he pursued study close to hockey at Wayne State University, securing a Bachelor’s in Sport Management supplemented by scouting classes with Sport Management Worldwide. He began his player representation tenure in July of 2026.
Edwards combines traditional scouting and film study and targeted skill development with a passion for athletes getting the most out of their athletic and academic journey. He endorses a healthy social mindset for his clients, and creating connections and networks that help to sustain a professional outlook and a social network that reinforces relationships with important career figures and helps to shape a well-rounded, goal-oriented, pro-ready player.
He currently operates out of Detroit, Michigan.
Following his collegiate hockey career, Nicolas has dedicated himself full-time to the sport, achieving numerous successful projects and establishing a vast network of contacts. During his university studies, he founded Volt Hockey, an association organizing elite-level hockey tournaments that have seen over 700 players participate in the past year.
Nicolas is committed to delivering impeccable service to his clients while building a brand that redefines sports. His approach is rooted in human connection, strategic thinking, and dynamic problem-solving, always focused on creating long-term value and meaningful impact.
With a strong foundation in international education and a Master’s Degree in Sports Management, Christian transitioned into hockey player representation at the start of 2022.
His approach blends mentorship, scouting, and digital promotion strategies. Through personalized coaching, draft preparation, and media-driven exposure, he’s helped players showcase their strengths and refine their skills. Christian emphasizes relationship-based development, offering strategic advice tailored to each athlete's journey. His work isn’t just about talent identification, it's about holistic development and progress. Players can expect a range of meaningful achievements, meeting performance benchmarks, as well as increased visibility and advancement opportunities.
Raised in Comox, BC, Kevin grew up in the Comox Valley Minor Hockey system before playing junior with the North Island Silvertips (BCMML), Comox Valley Glacier Kings (VIJHL), and briefly in the BCHL. After stepping away from competitive hockey, he served a mission in Tanzania and is now completing his Sport Management studies at Camosun College. Passionate about giving back to the game, Kevin is dedicated to guiding young players in their development on and off the ice.
